Not a cold weather bag despite the label. I used this bag in 30 degree temperature and I was cold all night.

  • Really Toasty Life-Saver!

I purchased several of these to be given out to the homeless by a Mission Group stationed in NY. There was a problem with brutally cold temps and snow and people who lost their homes due to job loss were camping out in the woods to avoid the unsafe, crime conditions of the local shelters. These bags were passed out and met a very real need in very cold temperatures. One gentleman returned the next morning to thank the Mission as he said he was certain this sleeping bag made the difference between life and death the previous night. It was so cold, he awoke to find the bag frozen to the ground, but inside he stayed warm and toasty despite the bitter weather conditions. Truly a quality bag that does what it is supposed to do!

  • Warm, soft, big but kind of cheap!

2 of the 4 outer straps of the case that contains the bag snapped (broke) while taking the bag out. One of the cinches or drawstrings has a busted tightening device. My husband still likes the bag and wants to just keep it, so we are. He fits into it very well (he's 5'11 and about 280lbs) and says it is a huge upgrade from his current bag. That being said, I would have liked to return it but don't think, judging by the quality of the items I mentioned, I would order the same brand. Yet to go out camping, so hoping the warmth makes up for the cosmetic issues in the end.

it can be difficult to put into the carry bag. and the zipper is not snag free at all, i've already had issues with the zippers twice. but i wouldn't let that discourage you. its still a very nice bag.

  • Great Bag, Great quality

Nice sleeping bag with plenty of length. My 6 foot husband had lots of room for the length of his body. The bag also has plenty of room to move around in for even a larger person. The one thing I noticed about the bag when I got into it was that I could get in and the outer part of the bag slid with me, which made it much easier to get into the bag, as I have some mobility issues. The inside of the bag which is flannel felt nice and comfy, and this part does not slide, and most important when It will be cold out, you wont feel like you climbed into a freezing sleeeping bag. The zippers work with the greatest of ease. The bags can zip up together but haven't tried that yet. The bag rolled up niclely and fit back into the bag with no effort. We have not tried these bags outside so I am not sure about how they keep you warm. But I would bet they do as these bags seem to be of superior quality in all othe aspects.

  • Nice bag at a good price

Well made, large zipper that doesn't constantly get snagged, comfortable liner, easily zipped together and warm. I don't think this is a zero temp bag but more like 32 or 15 degree.
