I needed a yoga mat but I have back issues. I thought if I got a thicker mat that it would help my back. I was wrong. Not good for yoga and I doubt it would be good for a workout considering it slides all over the place
good length for exercise but a little thick and slippery for use with a yoga class. Mostly used for general exercise

Very Cushioned! I use it under my regular yoga mat on a concrete floor. Eye hooks on the end make it easy to hang up
I need a thick mat so that my knees would not hurt. This mat is great. It will slide on hardwood floors depending on the type of exercise you are doing so keep that in mind. Love the color and use it almost every day.
Very nice padding for exercises.
This mat is perfect for doing crunches and pushups. It's thick enough that my hard floors don't bother my back while I'm working out. Also I am 6ft tall and this is more than long enough for me to lay down all the way without hitting my head on the floor. The only thing is it's a little narrow which doesn't bother me because I'm skinny but may not be wide enough for some. It has holes to hang but I just roll it up.
This mat is excellent quality and doesn't wear down quickly. It shipped very quickly and at a very good price. We have put it to work in our gym with no issues.
