Great product. Just what I wanted. I ordered this power rope medicine ball over a year ago; I'm a physical therapist and personal trainer, i use it regularly in my sessions. It's still just like new
I bought this ball after I discovered the 12# ball of the same brand and type is a bit too heavy for the seated smash. Both are of high quality and work very well. The double rope is looped through the ball so the ball will not fly off unless it splits completely in half. The one thing that could be better is the treatment of the rope end. It is heavily taped but it seems they could do a better job of finishing off the ends. I have not yet had a problem with that tape though so I gave it a 5-star rating.
I nought this item for a friend who was stating to work out and needed an item that was easy to use. The item gives a great workout and is easy to use. There are many exercises you can use with this medicine ball. I highly recommend this item.
