Make sure you have a team of friends to help put it together over a weekend or pay a professional to do it for you. If you do it yourself, take your time to prepare the site and make it is level. A lot of people make the mistake of not ensuring the ground is completely level and later have an expensive and possibly in some cases a dangerous mess/accident.
We had 5 people helping us and had the pool put up in 3 hours. The sand filter calls for 110 pounds of sand however we bought two 50 pound bags at a pool supply store and it works fine. Be sure ground is very level and read directions carefully. My husband skipped putting in all the screws to attach the skimmer and it drips a bit. We will fix it later but it is a wonderful pool! I threw in a bag of shock and put one chlorine tablet in a floater and the water is perfect. Be sure and fill pool about half way up the skimmer for the filter to run smoothly. Highly recommend!!
