Sewn Positioning Points:

Small holes visible on the product are sewn positioning points. These are inherent to the manufacturing process of sewn products and do not compromise the product’s quality, durability, or safety.

Blower Operation:

• The blower must remain switched on to continuously inflate the Water Park during use.
• Air flow through seams is normal and essential to maintain balanced air pressure inside the inflatable structure.
• The blower is ETL-certified and includes a temperature-control device: it will automatically stop working if overheated and resume operation once it cools down.

Seam Air & Water Release:

• It is normal for bubbles to appear on the pool surface and other wet areas of the Water Park during operation.
• Every product undergoes functional testing before packaging.
• Slight air seepage from seams is expected and helps maintain structural stability and safety during play.

Safety Surface Requirements:

• Must be placed only on soft, level ground such as a lawn.
• Never set up on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, wood, packed earth) as falls may cause serious injuries.
• Carpet over hard floors does not sufficiently prevent injury.

Assembly & Setup:

• Lay out the water slide/trampoline on a flat surface.
• Connect the long air inlet cylinder to the blower.
• Attach the short outlet cylinder.
• Open the blower to inflate.
• Secure the castle to the lawn using the provided large ground stakes.
• For water slides, install water pipes as instructed.
• Do not use in windy or rainy conditions.

Handling & Maintenance:

• Never drag the product across concrete, pavement, or other rough surfaces.
• Ensure the surrounding area is secure with a minimum clearance zone of at least 2 m (6.56 ft) from any obstacles (e.g., fences, buildings, trees, branches, laundry lines, electrical wires, walls, water sources).

Intended Use:

• Only for outdoor domestic family use.
• Not suitable for public areas or commercial/rental purposes.
