      Knowing how "hard" my daughter is with the use of her new camera, I purchased a 2 yr. replacement warranty. Overstock would either replace or refund/credit my account if anything were to happen to the camera. Almost a year later, my teenage daughter's camera "stopped working"...(her words!) I went back to Overstock and looked at my account and called the number that was listed for info. The person at Overstock was very nice and explained me to how to return the camera. In less than two weeks later, I received an email stating that Overstock was crediting my "Overstock" account for the full amount that I paid for the camera! Since then I purchased another camera and naturally, I purchased another warranty which lasts up to TWO years! Great job Overstock! Great service, great prices, this is why I always shop at Overstock! Thank you!

    • Waste of money.

      I bought the ipod thinking I was getting a fantastic deal, I ended up paying around $150 for nothing better than a paperweight. ipods, traditonally are supposed to be able to be used on a PC (which I own.) but when i tried to charge mu ipod on my computer, absolutely nothing happened. I called Apple's tech support and after 4 hours on the phone with them and nothing working they made me an appointment for the apple store. When I took it to the apple store I found out very quickly that the ipod was refurbished with parts that were not apple, hence apple could do NOTHING, the serial number didn't even exist in thier system anymore! It was also unresponsive when I plugged it into a mac. This was a complete waste of money, it does not work, DO NOT BUY IT! I don't ever plan on buying electronics from overstock ever again. I am beyond dissapointed.

      Bought the protection plan for a pair of on ear headphones. The earpiece broke when I dropped them at the gym. They emailed me a shipping label and credited my account for the full price of the headphones. No hassle...I even called to report the damage on a Sunday.

      I bought my mom a refurbished nook color over a year ago, since the product was refurbished I purchased the platinum replacement plan. A few months ago, found out she was having trouble with it so contacted their service people. They emailed us a shipping label and within a week of recieving the product back, credited the purchase price to my overstock account (also had option of having it put back on the card I bought the product with). Great service!

    • Can't say enough good about the PRP!

      Definitely buy this if you buy a hair dryer! I have used it a number of times. It is so very easy - you call the claim center, they email you a return label for the product, they receive it and issue a check. It takes no time at all. I mailed by dryer back on Tuesday and have the check the following Monday. Excellent excellent!!

      i would like to write a new review of this product....after having the phone for almost a year now, i am a very unsatisfied customer. i bought the SD card like i was told and spent quite a bit of money thinking it would give the extra storage for my phone so could have the space it needed to be able to download the games and apps i was a waste of time and money...i haven't been able to download games or apps, and if i have too many text mgs on my phone it says that the phone space is too full and wont be able to receive anything new until the problem is dealt with....i should have gone with my first mind and just spent the extra money and got another phone....i have to say, i wasted almost $***.00 on this mess....wish i could get a refund for being UNSATISIFIED!!!!! hope this helps anyone else looking to buy this phone....

      I have used the Platinum Replacement Plan with ADH (2 Year) before. I drop my first phone, I purchase from I call and explained what happen and they ask me to sent the phone to them. They then gave me credit, which I used to buy a Samsung 5. I recently purchased a Blackberry 9220 Curve for my wife and added the Platinum Replacement Plan with ADH (2 Year). The price is worth it, to have the protection. Because you never know what going to happen.
