  • Crappy Replacement Plan

    Evidently, you get one shot at replacing a crappy product, and that is it. I bought this replacement plan for a juicer that I purchased. The juicer worked fantastically, all of one time. Plugged it in to use it a second time - nothing. Absolutely crapped out. Contacted the company about my protection plan. Either, I get to ship it back (I get to pay for the box, they provide the label) and get a new one, which the warranty is then voided after that (no shot of replacing it again if something goes wrong with the second one). Or you get your money back. Nothing more, nothing less. The cost of box to ship this piece of crap juicer back will probably be more than the ***this plan cost in the first place. Save your money - stay away from this replacement plan!

    It is always great to have a guarantee on your products. If something happens and there is no additional money around, you are totally in a bind. That is when a guarantee come in handy.

  • Ripoff, they don't even send you the paperwork!!

    I have still not received the item. So I just wasted 7.99 apparently. If the item it was purchased for ever breaks down i'll be completely out of luck!

I have given this product as a gift, I bought the protection plan for the,. How would I be able to give them information on what to do if they have any problems. Would they have to log into my account?Would they have to have me possibly a year down the road make a call for them , even if I dont ever see them? Would it only be to credit MY account? Could they receive a check or replacement for it. This produt will no longer be in my possession after Christmas poundersgirl on Dec 21, 2012
