We have a baby rabbit who is growing rapidly. It is the right size for her to stretch out to sleep in and the top opening gives her room to stand up on hind legs.
Great cage…very study and looks nice. It really big so make sure you have enough space for it. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The bottom pan slides out for easy cleaning. The bottom tray is also deep enough so that poop can’t escape. On top of that, there is also a urine guard which would protect from extra mess. I’m very happy with it and ferrets seem to love it. Gives them more room to move around since I work a lot and can’t give them as much free time as I would like.
My bunny loves this item. She doesnt go inside as she is a larger bunny, like a small dog almost. But she loves to sit on top. We put snacks inside so she has to kida of work for them which my vet says is good for her brain. Keeps her entertained. The only thing is, as it is wood. She chews on it. Which is standard for about everything. (Bunny is no longer allowed near the piano) Also because it is wood, as bunnies tend only to relieve themselves in one corner. We learned very fast that if put near that corner, the bottom starts to rot as she enjoys peeing on it for some reason. Moving that awayfrom her relief spot solves that problem though. Other than the abuse my bunny puts on the item, it is wonderful!
