I haven't gotten a full test run on the seat cover yet, but here's my experience so far. It happen to be raining during instillation, and it was so nice that the rain drops beaded up and rolled off! I own a small Mazda so I assumed the cover would be huge and I would have to do some folding and tucking - not the case. I had to leave the head rest straps longer than I wanted to in order to reach both sides, so I don't think I would recommend for a full sized car. With the straps kinda low, the openings for the buckle access is still really high...so high that when I tried to buckle in a toddler seat, my forearm got scratched up from reaching through the hook and loop closures to get to the latch; I estimate that the opening is 8 inches up the back of the seat away from the seat crack. The zipper that is meant to split the bottom so that can be a hammock on one side, ends about a third of the way on the seat...the material doesn't look like a smooth cover because the zipper interrupts it. Anyway, I think it will do the trick to prevent dog hair and melted Skittles from becoming a permanent part of my seat. I have black upholstery and ordered the grey because the black tends to show every piece of line and white dog hair. I think for this price, it will be a winner in my car, but I am disappointed in the length of the back from the headrests to the buckle crack.
