I have had a good experience with the carrier but one of the zipper clips broke pretty quickly so I had to tie that side permanently closed so my cat cant push the zipper open. Otherwise it has been a good carrier.
We bought two of these to use on an airline to take out pets on a flight. One thing that is very nice is that the bottom has a hard plastic tray to make the carrier less likely to collapse while carrying the pet around the airport. However, should the carrier be too large for the under the seat space the tray will slide out and the carrier can be 'squished' into the size space that is under the seat. The hard plastic can then be put on the suitcases in the overhead bins until the end of the flight. Of note, should the bottom fleece part of the carrier need to be washed, do NOT dry it in the dryer as the foam part will melt. Ours did:( Wish we were warned. A determined pet could tear through the screen part of the carrier. Our old cat did not try, but our weiner/ch mix dog was thinking about it.
