My little kitten virtually lives on this cat tree. I've tossed toys and catnip on it for fun.
This is a really nice tree. Shorter than I expected and top is smaller than I wanted. Our bigger Maine coon mix barely fits on it but he still likes it and prefers sitting on it rather than the window sill. We have it right next to the window and he enjoys sitting and lounging on the perches. I will see how it holds up esp regarding carpet on the perches.
Love the cat tree. Have it by my windows and my cats live it, from sharpening their claws in the posts to lying on the tree itself!! Very nice and easy to assemble.
Ordered for my geriatric cat who needs a slightly more gentle descent off of the tree. She loves it, and it's still high enough to satisfy her need to be above things. I will say the top is quite small, so she doesn't sit up there very often as she has gained a bit of weight in her age. But she does cram her self up there when she's in the mood for a long nap
I have 4 large cats, they love to stare out the windows all day long, so this is perfect size for them to lay and do just that. I don't like the really tall cat trees, as if they are in play mode, running and jumping, they can hit those top shelves, and topple the entire thing over. This is such a better size.
Good quality, sturdy cat post. Perfect height to put in front of a window. My only complaint is the top circle section is pretty small - much too small for my cats that are high on the chonk chart, but they will try to fit there anyways!
