  • Very unstable

The cats loved most of it, never used the hammock but got a kick out of the rest of it. Of course, their favorite thing is the mouse that immediately breaks.

  • They love it!

Very easy to assemble and the cats love it! I added padding in some places but it's a great cat gym for the price. I have two cats and they play on it often.

  • Great if you have tiny cats.

Soooooo many issues with this item. I have two male cats that are very large breed cats. So I thought this would be perfect for them. And the cats do so LOVE this gym. But from my aspect, it's not worth the money. First of all, it's in 3 base pieces, to keep them from coming apart my dad and I attached them to a 1/2" thick plywood base that's just a little longer than the entire length of the base. The right side of the gym is attached by only two 2.5" screws that screw into the sisal columns, and keep going up. Once my cats got used to the swaying of this side of the gym, they really started using it. But it sways so much that I know I'm going to come home one day and find it broken and in the floor. I guess when that happens I'll either find some way to re-engineer it into a better gym, or just use the left side, the side that is way more stable. Also, I do have to retighten all the screws every few weeks. I'm alright with that, but it does tick me off. Also, the description said it was made of plywood. It's not. It's made from particle board (SAWDUST mixed with glue and pressed into board shape). From a financial standpoint this was not a good investment at all. But my cats do not seem to care, they do love playing on it. I'm just rather bummed that I'll have to buy or repair this one before it's a year old.

  • Flimsy
    Verified Purchase

I was so excited to give this to my cats. My husband put it together, but it was missing parts. However, even on the section that wasn't missing any it was flimsy and cheap. Returned it due to not having all pieces. Would've returned it anyway even if parts were all there due to how unsturdy and cheap carpeting it had. Bought a new one from brand New Cat Condos and very pleased.

  • NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE
    Verified Purchase

In a five cat household you need all the play space you can get. This item appeared to fit the bill perfectly. It arrived promptly with only a couple broken pieces. Nothing that a nail gun and about 10 minutes didn't fix. The cats all love it. The bad side is that it is not too stable on a tile floor. When the largest cat would jump up on it the entire tree would wobble. I highly recommend that you create a plywood base to fasten all three sections to giving in more stability. While it does come with braces that you can secure it to the wall with, I didn't really want screw holes through my 5" moulding. Aside from that, this is terrific!!

  • Wobbly
    Verified Purchase

The bottom is in 3 separate pieces that do not lock together nor does it lie flush to a wall because of the covered cubby on the left. It is wobbly. Even my little 8# Bengal can make it sway by jumping from level to level. The connecting ladder does not stabilize it. I had to add some bolts and extras so this was sturdy enough for the 15# cat to try it. All 3 of my cats love this!
