Decent. However, it's smaller than I expected. Some of the holes were WAY off especially for the ramp. I could only put one screw in so it rotates but it's fine for my cats. Also, the "carpet" is basically glued on and it's not carpet. It's like a fuzzy something lol I don't know how to explain it buts it's not carpet. Overall it's decent, but I absolutely wouldn't pay more than the $*** for it
