Not bad but I found these to be not as sturdy or evenly balanced; over time, I think by stacking them they will become even more uneven. Purchased these for a portable office.
this chair is shockingly light for its sturdiness and is incredibly easy to assemble--just two pieces. one thing to note is that there are no holes marked on the back of the chair--you have to line up the back cushion piece with the two vertical bars coming up from the seat bottom, and screw the wood screws (you need a Phillips screwdriver) directly through the cloth into the wood backing. make sure the back cushion is lined up both vertically and horizontally--mine ended up a little over to the right, but it's not really noticeable. it might be helpful to have someone hold the piece in place while you screw etc. super good value for a sturdy (although not especially attractive) chair.
Very simple and elegant chair! I use it as an office chair. I've had $750 office chairs, but always find that they don't keep my back straight. This chair keeps me sitting upright, perfect for the home office.
This chairs work great in our home office. They match the style of my other office chair (somewhat modern as well as slightly casual-which gives welcoming yet professional feel). They are comfortable even for my 6'3" fiancé. But, they don't take up a lot of space. They are fairly lightweight, but not cheap or flimsy. I found these chairs to be easy to put together, with one small exception (I think at the factory...one of the workers may have mixed their drill bits on the pieces they had to drill, because on both chairs, in the same location, I had to reverse the screws that go into the back and the screws that go into the seats (as they would not thread b/c the screws could not reach the metal thread inside until I switched the screws). Otherwise, these chairs are great w/ mesh-like material backs and foam padded-fabric covered seats. Also, I found that CAN stack them if needed. They do not roll, and it seems like it would be tricky to add rollers on your own, so I wouldn't advise considering doing so unless you have Liam Neesan type Special Skills!
