It's a tape dispenser, it does what it is supposed to do. No frills. It's nicely weighted so you aren't pulling the dispenser across your desk trying to get a piece of tape, you can use it one handed. Others I've used you've had to hold in place to be able to get a piece of tape and it's annoying. I'm glad this isn't like that.

Ok this does what it is supposed to do. I would say it's actually more heavy and substantial than expected. I can pul a piece of tape off and not need a second hand to hold it down while tearing off a piece.
