I recently remodeled my office and needed a counter height office chair. I stumbled across this one and it looked like a great fit. Thought it was affordable + I had a digital coupon + free shipping. It showed up the same week I ordered it and it was packaged very well. It was also very easy to put together. I have had it for about three weeks now (so I'm afraid I can't rate it regarding durability over time), however it is comfy, has back support, plus arms rests, and I love that it has wheels. The fabric is easy to clean. My desk is long so whenever I need something, I can just roll around haha. My only complaint though is the bar for your feet. I'm 5'7 and like to sit with my legs relaxed, just like with any chair you sit in. However, since my desk is counter height, I don't need to raise the chair any-- so my feet hang only a few inches above the legs, but when I put my feet on the metal bar, my thighs are parallel with the seat (or at a 90 degree angle) and it is not very comfortable. You don't typically sit with your thighs like that, usually your legs are more relaxed. I think due to my height, I need the bar closer to the legs so that they are in a more relaxed position. So my only complaint is the bar needs to be lower, but due to the design, it does not seem I can lower it. But oh well, I will find some kind of foot rest because I like my chair and think it is comfy, despite my one complaint.
We are happy with this chair mat. It is one of many that we've used, over the years, at our two home office desks that is worthy of a five star rating. It is simply the best. It does not dimple at all and that's a first! After several months of eight to ten hours of daily use, it has held up excellently.
I love this chair in my office so much, I bought a second one for my home. I would've rated it a 5, but the casters are extremely difficult to install. For the 2nd chair, we had to get a neighbor to help and need to use a hammer!
