My product came damaged. I found it upon opening the box. If it weren't so much trouble to return, I would do that. Instructions for returns are more involved than necessary. Instructions said that I'm to contact the carrier so they could return to fill-out some type of damage report? Everything else about the truck is as I wanted. Almost perfect if it weren't for the cracked and missing rubber around the outside of the truck.
