  • Of the three black cartridges one was defective .
    Verified Purchase

Ordered two years ago but since these ink cartridges are used only in my summer cottage it took two years to get to the last black cartridge. It skips or doesn't print the tops of whole lines of type. If I print at the slowest, highest quality level it almost works. Cheap is Cheap!!!

  • Great ink product

The only issue was as you had mentioned it does not read the level of ink on the printer Other than that very easy to install without issues. I would buy this printer ink again without hesitation!

  • Ink cartridges are defective.
    Verified Purchase

Apparently, these ink cartridges are being refilled and sent out without being checked for properly functioning. Error messages appear immediately causing the printer not to function. Aligning or cleaning cannot be done. The number of defective cartridges is out of proportion. This has been reported before, but nothing seems to be done to correct the problem.
