If you're seeking an entry level fountain pen I'd look elsewhere. 1- the Pilot Metropolitan is a great starter fountain pen. However there are other choices at about the same price point with interchangeable parts, which are a better value long term. I've been through a few of these and have a light hand, but just a few months of writing or one roll off the desk into the floor damages the nib, then you have to buy a whole new pen. 2-Overstock's price on this is absurdly high, and the selection is absurdly small. The product descriptions are also really poor and often inaccurate, and calling them doesn't help sort out the details.
Beautiful Sterling Silver fountain pen. I feel it is truely a work of art. The gold detailing makes the pen look far more expensive, and the writing is smooth and effortless. I would recommend this fountain pen for anyone who appreciates a fine writing instrument.
This a good pen. It writes well and that's what matters. It doesn't look stunning, like some other fountain pens, but it has good ink flown and is comfortable to write with.
First fountain pen I have purchased. Made in the USA which is great! Great for writing. No troubles with ink flow so far. Every so often flow does not start right off but I think it is user error. Love writing with it especially letters to mail. Great pen over all!
