This chair is pretty much as pictured and described and the ease of assembly wasn't bad at all. I love the look of the finished product. The fabric and wood finish are perfect. I bought some felt furniture pads for the bottom of both pieces, as they were scratching my floor. I am using this chair in my home office and my only complaint is that it is a little low when using my desk, so I use a pillow on the seat when I need to be on my keyboard for an extended period of time. The massage feature is certainly an added benefit and not something I was looking for, but I use it, to be sure.
I work from home and spend a lot of time on the computer. Before I bought this chair, I had assorted aches and pains when I finally finished my work for the day. Now I can work all day and still feel refreshed. It is a very comfortable and high quality chair.
Pros:Very nicely packaged with clear and concise assembly instructions. All I needed was a Philips head screwdriver and the included hex key to assemble it in 10 minutes (including unpacking). The materials have a good finish and feel to them, but there are two main exceptions. I also received the package just under a week after clicking order. (though that's overstock, not the product itself!)Cons:1) The arms seem to have a bit too much give to them when pressure is applied, meaing that they flex outward and down a bit.2) The mesh on the seat seems to have stretched with noticeable sag after just two weeks of use and is no longer taut. I'm no lightweight at 200lbs, but I'm fairly certain this chair is rated for up to 300. I'm going to contact customer service and see if this is an exception or they consider it "wear and tear". I'll update this post with the results. There is a cushion under the mesh so it doesn't become uncomfortable, but I ordered this for the mesh seat, not for mesh over a cushion.
