I fell in love with the style of these stools but took my time shopping around before I purchased. I saw the same stools at other retailers for nearly twice the price plus shipping -- Overstock definitely offered the best value. Because they are made in Indonesia, I thought the quality would be acceptable, but not remarkable. But I am thrilled over the materials and workmanship, even down to grosgrain trim on the underside of the seats. The scale of these stools is great. It seems that a lot of furniture these days is about 80% of "normal" size, but these are substantial. A six-foot tall, 250 pound man would be comfortable on these hefty stools. The seat is very well padded and comfortable. In the photos, the fabric looks like it might be canvas or burlap, but in reality it's a soft cotton/poly upholstery weight. I plan to spray with scotch-guard in case of spills. I love the moorish arch and turned legs. They are half-way between a traditional ******* style and Moroccan style -- which is perfect for the primitive modern style in our home. We've mixed them with persian rugs and leather sofas, along with a mix of MCM and antique pieces. These would also be great for bohemian / marrakesh style. If you're still thinking about it -- I say do it! you won't be disappointed!
I have used this product for years. Back from the beginning my hair stylist has used the treatment to detangle my curls. I ended up using it all these years each time I wash my hair so when it is time to comb the wet hair out I'm not struggling with "knots". The detangler helps tremendously and the original scent is a pleasant one.
A couple of them are a bit tipy....as I find most stools are bought online. But they have been good, looks great. One is getting loose and just needs to be tightened up at the joints
