Ordered the 28" and 23" for my daughter for Christmas. When we opened the box, the suitcases looked beautiful and durable. However the 28" has some notable concerns that ultimately resulted in us returning the suitcases. First, when you opened the suitcase, there is a support bar on one of the long sides that bows purposely inward by 3". It's behind the lining and because of this weird design feature, you loose a lot of packing room. Secondly, this bowed bar and a straight bar on the other side are the only means of support for this large suitcase! These bars are in the middle of the sides so that the suitcase will always keep its rectangular shape, but there is no support at the corners. This means that if the suitcase is ever lying down, you can push the top corners down towards the bottom corners and all of your belongings inside the suitcase have the potential to be crushed. All in all, these suitcases looked very nice and we didn't think the material would wear out easily, however we decided we'd never use the 28" to travel with.
