I really wanted to love this suitcase but as soon as my daughter loaded it up and took it on her first kit she couldn't get the handle down. When the case is empty it works fine but the clothes put pressure on the handle it doesn't work. ARgh.
This is a nice suitcase. Fairly sturdy. And definitely beautiful. However, I think it is a bit expensive for the average quality. You are paying for the looks, somewhat. It functions pretty well, so far. (I've taken it on one road trip.) But the wheels wobble, which bothers me. The spinner function works well, and the wheels appear to be attached well and aren't necessarily flimsy, but when you wheel it behind you in-line, the whole suitcase wobbles! This bothers me because the case was so expensive. I will keep it, though, as it suits my needs and seems sturdy. It is very nice looking, too, and definitely distinctive.
Once I received the carry-on at my house I was a bit skeptical as to how I would get all my shorts, t-shirts, under garmets, socks, suit, dress shirt and tie into a 21in case. However, I had 3 weeks to figure it out before my flight. Turns out that this case was more than enough to take everything I needed and then some. Could not have found a better carry-on at this price that carried my suit. By the way, when I arrived at my destination the suit was not wrinkled and neither was the dress shirt...amazing! This carry-on fits easily in the overhead compartments with no problem. The case is lightweight and easy to roll. I've got to say that I love this carry-on garmet bag!
I love this carryon. It is the perfect size for travel and other than retaining dirt on the orange from its first baggage check it is this going strong and I use it regularly.
