  • Stay Away ! Poorly Built

I loved this suitcase for the first couple of trips, and I travel often, but then it started to fall apart. The clips to strap down clothing broker almost right away. I lost one handle on one trip and then lost the second handle on another trip. The suitcase was not overweight at the time. If you fly JetBlue the suitcase fits in the overhead but if you fly Delta it doesn’t. Over the course of a year and a half I sent several emails to the manufacturer every time something broke and the customer service is awful. I emailed and got no response. Followed up and got no response. Sent another email and was asked to send in pictures, which I did and then nothing. I followed up again and was asked to send the suitcase from Florida to New Jersey with a copy of the receipt. The shipping alone back and forth to New Jersey would have cost more than the suitcase. Then I was told they would not honor the warrantee because I no longer had the receipt even though the suitcase warranty was 5 years and the suitcase was made less than 5 years go. I have officially given up in repairing the suitcase and this company and have opted for more reputable and reliable suitcase manufacturers. I hope this help you in your selection.

  • Not a good purchase
    Verified Purchase

This was probably the worst online purchase I've ever made. We took it on a plane trip, and it didn't stand up to the normal baggage handling. When we got home, the frame was bent in three places and the wheels were so out of kilter that it wouldn't roll. I would avoid this product at all costs.

  • First Class/Business Class

We fly internationally from NY to Bangkok, and this is the perfect piece to pack especially if you have no weight limit. We use it for car trips too, which is easy to travel! There isn't a simpler way to get from place to place with the spinning wheels and the bending handle. We wouldn't travel any other way! This is perfect for those of us who like to bring it all.

  • Too large and too delicate
    Verified Purchase

We loved this when we got it, but the first time we used it, it got banged up pretty good. Granted, we went through the Kabul airport, which can be rough on luggage, but this one faired worse than cheap duffels we'd been using before getting this. It's also too large. We went overweight with this one at least twice. That was a real problem when we couldn't pay for the overweight, but had to actually reduce the weight - tough to do while at the airport. It's also difficult for strong grown men to pick up. We're not planning to use it anymore.
