This lamp and piece of art is such a beautiful edition to my dining room . Has a beautiful art glass shade that reflects the golden past. Adds a soft amber glow to the corner of the . room and reflects off the walls and mirror.

I was a bit curious about the yellow color of the lamp glass, but that didn't stop me from ordering two of these lovely lamps. I know that an online depiction of color is seldom correct. What I received was truly a beautiful rich amber, just as described. I've seen this same lamp at much higher prices and cannot understand why anyone would need to shop anywhere other than here. The quality and value are unmatched, no matter the price paid. , ,,,, Bottom line: Don't let the yellow of the photograph keep you from buying this lamp. You will receive a beautiful amber glass. , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I give FIVE stars for the product. And jokingly give only one star for the photograph.
Was disappointed with the amount of light this casts - but then mine did not come with any instructions whatsoever about the wattage of bulb to put in. I bought a ten watt bulb as I didn't want to take a chance without instructions of putting in anything higher. Is pretty when lit, but remember not to count on it as being a viable source of light for anything other than a what a small candle would cast. It barely lights up a foot radius of where it is placed.
Very cute little lamp for the price. Looks just as shown online, and I have it on my dresser, giving the room a warm glow at night. Really blends in with the neutral colors of my newly redecorated bedroom. Makes a nice nightlight for those of us who are afraid of the dark. :)
would be five stars but for a fleck of color nicked off the glass of the lamp
