These lamps are beautiful and the size and weight make them more like custom made. They are not a bright white but more a soft white with a little marbling to add contrast. The base is a satin brass as opposed to a highly polished brass.

These lamps are beautiful. They are very heavy. Look elegant and very expensive. I took one star off because the two mable bases did't match too well. One has a lot of grey spots, the other is almost all white. .
Solid weighty lamps that will not knock over easy. They are beautiful. Love the shade. Would have been perfect if 3 way switch. They are quality lamps and fit in with contemporary and other furniture types nicely.
Love the weight of these and love how they look. Bought the set for each of our end tables in living room, but will move when I find something that matches our table more since our table as silver accents
