I have ordered this ceiling 3 times. And every time I have received the wrong fan. They do return it for free. This is very frustrating.
Very fitting for our princesses room. Puts off great light and sparkles so pretty. She lives it and agrees she is a princess. Was a little longer time to put together as you have to hang each jewel but well worth it
This fan is even prettier in person than in the pictures. It sparkles and shines. It casts light through the holes onto the ceiling and walls. I love it in my girly home office.

Fan is very pretty. Works well however instructions provided are very vague and use confusing terminology for certain parts. Towards the end of installation, while installing crystals, instructions failed to detail how to install crystals which led to unnecessary time wasted on figuring this out. Product is great just needs better instructions

This looks exactly as advertised online. I have a few crystal light fixtures and wanted a fan to match them. This is perfect. I have received so many compliments on it and had a friend purchase the same one.
This gorgeous fan arrived on time and was well packed. It was labeled Warehouse of Tiffany which made us initially think that It was the other fan in our order. This fan is bigger than it looks in the pictures and functions beautifully. It came with a remote with batteries included. The remote can control the lights and fan speed, as well as set a timer for fan operation. This beautiful work of art is whisper quiet and really moves a huge amount of air over a lot of space. It is a bit difficult to believe But we had it professionally installed and the hardest thing to get just right was just how and where the crystals would hang. I had to,Tinker with it after official installation but apparently there are two sets of crystals: a short string and a long string. They all install like keys on to a key ring on the middle little rings and they should be staggered. Meaning that you need to alternate short and long all around. Once they are all hung, then take the longer ones and drape them towards the outer rings, hooking them there. It just adds a bit more elegance. The only minor problem is that E12 bulbs are a weird size and type of bulb and even the installer said that he wished the bulbs came with the package too. But this is a beautiful dreamy Fan flier and it was worthed the wait!
