This is a lovely piece. I ordered 2 for our new addition of a great room with 20 foot ceilings. Unfortunately, you cannot get in touch with this company to order parts, as in an extended rod for tall/sloped ceilings. I like the product very much - however, it has been a pain to try and find any electrical services to fit our problem. That is why it is 4 stars. Lovely product, but no one to help me.
