I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I hired an electrician to install it and after he had installed the mount and began to unwrap the crystals, he noticed that several of them were crushed. I contacted Overstock to get replacement crystals but was told that this item is out of stock and replacement crystals was not an option and that they do not know if they will ever get it back in stock. The customer service rep also told that I had two choices - return the light for a full refund or receive a $20 dollar credit. Since I had already paid the electrician $80 an hour to install it I certainly wasn't going to pay him another $80 an hour to take it down. So reluctantly I said I would take the $20 as that was my only logical choice. Bottom line - make sure you open ALL the packages of crystals before you have this installed - I learned the hard way and now have a light that is missing 1/4 the crystals on one side! Ughh!!!!!
