buyer beware
so I ordered this light fixture for a future project last year and to prevent damfe/missing pieces it say in the unopened box in the office in my house. fast forward to this week where it was installed, I told the electrician I would handle hanging the beads, but he thought the light fixture was previously opened because it had some scratches on it. Again, I had not opened the box or selected to buy an open box fixture so the damage was prior to shipping. tonight, I went to hang the beads and again, being too trusting I thought beads h, i j, k, and m, were lumped into the beads labeled a-g. Wrong again. I have never purchased a light fixture from bed, bath, and beyond or (even in the overstock days) where I regretted my purchase- this one i do. this wasnt even my first or second choice because the lights I originally wanted were sold out. now I am stuck with a light that looks terrible and I do not know how to fix it. if I could give 0 stars for this fixture I would...my other 2 fixtures from the same order were also installed this week and I am over the moon with them, but unlike Meatloaf, I don't subscribe to the theory that 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
