it is not plug and play and remote does not program
Product Option: Gold - Hardwired/Remote
This product cost me a lot in November and I finally had a licensed electrician come out in early January to install and the device would not work. It is not plug and play and you have to program the remote and after 3 hours of trying to do this the fan still does not work and the light stays on continuously. Very disappointed. Trying to see if they will mail out a new remote and electric device that pairs with the remote. I will be real upset if i have to pack this whole fan up to mail back to put another one together when all it needs is the electrical box and remote replacement.
