I love the way chandelier/fan looks in my bedroom. We replaced an old-fashioned fan and put this in. It took my husband 3 1/2 hours to install it. He had to cut the pole so it wouldn't hang too low above our bed. That took some time because he had to cut the metal pole and drill new screw holes. Once he did that and moved a little quicker until he came to the part where he forgot to put in the little round dish to cover the screws which she blamed on the instructions, not being precise enough, leaving out that step. With that said it looks beautiful and worth the time.
