Don't bother base of the lamp and body don't fit

I've returned this twice and asked for a replacement and they sent me one with the exact same problem. There is a screw hole that is supposed to hold the base with the body of the lapm, well while creating the hole they left an excess material that causes both parts not to fit you can't just not insert the body to the base, and also the screw doesn't fit. Returned one, got a replacement with the exact same problem, returned again, is so frustrating!
