This is a matter of personal preference. I didn't like the wooden globe. If you are going for a rustic look, you might really like the fan. I am sure it would be pretty with the right decor. I had to send it back.
Absolutely love the new ceiling fan! Very good quality. Better than I expected. Everyone has commented on it. We had an electrician install it. He said it was an easy installation. We are in the process of redoing the kitchen. This was a wonderful addition.
