Not well made

Further price of this lamp, it should have been sturdy and straight. The socket for the light was crooked and no matter what we did to it short of breaking it, the shade was crooked. The paint was dull, and there was a lot of imperfections in the paint finish. It looked like it had been opened previously. When I went to return the item and removed the shipping label, it was confirmed because there was a previous label that had been cut out. I was very disappointed with the purchase and the quality of the lamp. I returned it. Good riddance.

Nice lamps. Could use some improvements.

I like the style of the lamps. The quality is ok. The paint is a little inconsistent in some places. The shade also has a few imperfections. Overall, I like it - I touched up the gold paint and I am replacing the shades. I would say not bad for the money.

Stunner of a Lamp

Oh my gosh, I really, really, love this lamp! If I needed another one i would buy it in a heartbeat! I have a contemporary home with some rustic notes and while this is not rustic the black is gorgeous and goes well with my iron ore wall and other black lamps. It offers just enough light even with the dark shade and the gold is a beautiful compliment to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love the look of these lamps. My complaint is that the shade wobbles a little because it doesn't screw on but just sites on top of the frame. The lamps are beautiful, tho.

Contemporary Lamp for Side Table.

While beautiful, the lamp feels thin and less expensive than it's price. It is an interesting contemporary design and attractive. I'm not going to send it back but would probably not purchase it again.

Gorgeous lamp!

We bought Kirsten Black and Gold floor lamp together with this Kurita Black and Gold table lamp and they look really beautiful in our living room. Gold color is not shiny and actually has a copper tone, so it's quite nice and modern. Two lamps provide perfect ambient light, which was exactly what we needed. If you need somewhat brighter room, you probably need to add an additional source of light. Black shades are slightly filtering the light which looks incredible. Table lamp has tiny imperfections on the gold base, but nothing major. Also, it has one, not two bulbs. We love both lamps and we highly recommend them, especially for a mid-century modern styled room!

Overpriced

Quality not as good as it should be for the price. The felt fell off the bottom as soon as we took it out of the box. It was for a client so that was a bit embarrassing

Pleased with purchase
The lamp looks exactly as pictured/described. It was quick and easy to assemble (just had to put the lampshade on and the felt on the bottom). The shade doesn't look black when there's a lit bulb inside, but that didn't bother me.
