The shade of gold on the base is very orange in person. The lamp itself is quite pretty, but unfortunately it doesn't match my decor. Definitely recommend taking the color into consideration when purchasing online.

Great table lamp. Fits perfectly in my bedroom on the nightstand. The design looks sophisticated and blends with my other decor. The lamp was shipped in perfect condition.
I really wanted to love these lamps. I actually do love these lamps the only problem was the metallic color had an orange hue which didn't look right with the rest of the gold that I was trying to match in my entryway. I ended up returning them. I believe there are other reviews out there that said the same thing but I took a chance.

Really cute lamp. I love that it feels heavy and not lightweight and flimsy. The gold color is beautiful. It looks more pricey than it was. The shade is a creamy white, with a good quality fabric on the shade.
