It was exactly what I expected. Well made, beautiful statement pieces for above an island.
Love this light, it's so unique and great price for a large pendant. The color is more yellow-gold than brass, pretty accurate to the photos, but the distressed finish makes it work.
I saw this light posted by a blogger. Decided to order it for a spec house. It was much larger than I had expected. Very different and unique. I have had many people ask where I purchased it.
I love this lighting fixture but it is very large and heavy, you need a high ceiling and to have it installed properly because of it's weight.

Light is pretty- a little more distressed than I anticipated and a little bulky for the space we planned to use it in in, but would make a great addition to the right space.
My client in Malibu loved it. Just the right hue of soft gold and the size is perfect for a 6-8 person table. I used it as a beach theme with an adjacent bar wall of porcelain fish scale tiles. The chandelier brought the whole look together.
As you can see in the picture I ordered these at the same time and 1 has a down rod and 1 is a flush mount. Don't know how that works. They both have the same sku/model number on the tag. Ordering another one hopefully it matches. Pretty sad about it.
This is a gorgeous light fixture. It is much larger than I had pictured in my mind, so I hung it in my foyer instead of in my kitchen; it was too pretty to return!
