The quality is a little underwhelming, but I think that has to do with the weight of the product, it's very light, however that does make it easier to install. The electrical box you install the light into should have some space in it to fit the wires and wire nuts, mine had limited space which causes the rim of the light to sit about half an inch off the ceiling. After hiding some of the exposed insulation you couldn't tell and the light looks great (see photo). From start to finish, installation took about 45 min, 15 of which was hanging the crystals. Still an excellent product.
