Quality not great

I was doing a complete reno and was not at the house when this bathroom fixture arrived and the contractor installed it. If I had been there it would have gone back but now it's too late. The fixture promised to be what I needed a mix of black and brushed finishes but the lights don't line up, one is tilted towards the back wall and one of the others is tilted towards the front of the sink, only one goes straight down. Again, might be a quality control issue and it's up in my guest bathroom and I will probably be the only one who will notice. But I do notice every time I go in that bathroom.
