This is a beautiful light fixture. I love the mid-century modern feel of it. The shade is a creamy white/vanilla color and the iron is a true black. I love that it also has a diffuser at the bottom so you are not looking up at exposed bulbs

This light fixture goes perfectly with traditional to transitional decor. It is exactly as appears on website and I love it. I placed it over my dining room table and it give plenty of light for dining. I would recommend both the light and Overstock, as I do quite a bit of shopping with them.
