Nice lamp. Soft yellow glow brings a feeling of warmth and peace. Kind of like the comfort food of lamps. Makes me feel like I'm at the Hotel Okura in the 1970s. If you're going for that vibe, I highly recommend.

I'd owned paper lamps from Ikea that needed replacement from having been torn over time. I wanted lamps that were a little sturdier and stronger. I'm not sure that they are significantly better than what I had before (I bought two), but it does provide the same soft and soothing ambiance to my living room that I had before and wanted. Only time will tell if they hold up.

I bought the table lamp and the tall floor lamp. They both have the same issue with the lamp shades. Both of the lamp shades seem to be "titled" and I've tried just about everything to get them to align properly but when you stand a little distance away you can see that it's not straight. It's quite annoying to the eye. I've put it in a corner so it's less noticeable but if I knew then what I know now, I'd of purchased something different.

Like everything that is made in China... Total ***!. Bought two of this lamps; Shades totally different color from what's showing on site and in top of that one already damaged with a whole out of the box. After the fifth day one of the lamps foot switch doesn't work anymore no On & Off, The brushed still pole isn't straight and doesn't align even with the threads. Now I have to deal with the return hassle and waste time on this *** Lamps. Very disappointing.

Tall, even, soft light that doesn't cast harsh shadows. Easy to assemble looks great in my island style decor dining area. The shade has a casual wrinkled look to it that adds texture. Good value. Looks nice with led or incandescent bulbs and can take 60w each so brighter than most!
