Lamp fit in a living room corner I needed light. It is a little wobbly, but the corner wall supports it. Probably because of the small floor base. That was why I bought it. It looks lovely and throws off a lot of light. All in all. I am pleased with the purchase.
Terrible lamp. It doesn't stand up straight at all. It just leans over so much.
I love this lamp soooo much. It is so elegant and modern looking. The light it emits is soften because the glass shade is white. It's tall and casts nice ambient lighting for any room!
Larger in diameter than I'd anticipated. Very fragile shade broke in shipping (Overstock sent another one immediately). Lovely lamp but would not hold up in rambunctious household if it breaks while packed in styrofoam. Glass is very thin and the shape makes it extra fragile. Also, it has a white cord for the on/off pull with a metal bead at the end. Kind of odd but looks fine. Because of inherent fragility and string control, it would probably be best suited to a location where it could be used with a wall switch or a remote controlled bulb (very cool with a Phillips Hue color bulb).
Love this light! I purchased two of them to be placed next to matching bookcases. They were thin enough to fit in the small space. There is no overhead lighting in the room but with both if them there is now more than enough. Would definitely recommend.
Just as described. Good price
