Many damages trying to get this chandelier up. Two strikes with damages. I would love to see the manufacturer do better with packing their crystals during the transport. I think this would alleviate damages moving forward. I would have loved to have your chandelier, but two times I struck out. Moved onto to another product.
I like the chandelier but it arrived with a broken piece so now I have to wait for the replacement part before I can hang it. Very frustrating.
Nice quality crystals but decided to go with a bigger size for a great room. The prices offered on Overstock were certainly better than chandeliers of comparable quality at the stores. This was a return but not due to quality or price. Fortunately there were many other options in this category to choose from. Would definitely purchase another light fixture from Overstock.
