So far, I love the look of it. New construction so I have not turned it on yet. I will do another review later
Arrived with some of the crystal arrived loose and the wire attachment was very flimsy apart from that little hiccup. We must say this ceiling is perfect installed it in the master bedroom fix in with the décor.

The fan itself is really nice looking but I had an electrician put this up and he could not get the remote to connect. It seems the fan was defective. I reached out to the seller and they worked with me to return this item. Very great customer service. I didn't purchase another, but I would buy from the seller again.
LOVE this fan! I was apprehensive reading a review of noise due to the clanging of crystals. This does not happen. My handy husband installed it and it works great and looks grand!
