I opened the packages of crystals and the glass saucers that fit over the lights to find one of the saucers was broken and crushed in one area. I just left them off the light as the fixture had already been installed. But was disappointed that a feature I especially liked in the fixture was not usable.
I am happy with the chandelier now that it is hung- but putting it up was a struggle as the directions are very confusing. There was no explanation to thread the wires through the bolt and no pictures that explained clearly where the crystals were supposed to hook on- which were on loops where the flower crystals are attached.
This small chandelier is sweet. It looks adorable in my fancy pantry.
This piece has exceptional quality and is going to look great in our addition. The gold is not too in your face and more of a subtle gold that I was looking for. This is a great antique look a like.
