Pretty but not worth it

This is a pretty fan/light. Unfortunately, there are too many negatives to recommend it. It is extremely difficult to install. The instructions are out of order. The fan is noisy when it spins. And most annoying, every time I turn the light or fan on, off, or change speed, the remote beeps - LOUDLY! Sine we had several problems getting it installed, it took much longer than expected. Therefore, we exceeded the 30 day return policy. If you buy this, don't wait to install so you can return it when the beeping and fan noise drive you crazy.
