The item looks great, but 4 months later, 2 of 3 are no longer black, the finish is oxidizing, cannot return and exchange because it has been over 30 days. it should last longer than 4 months if it's an outdoor light. BBB,will not give me MFG information to report bad workmanship and exchange

I was shipped a used defective light fixture with missing hardware. When the light was hard wired, it did not work.
