Original purchase had to be returned...the Rolex kept stopping. A second Submariner was recently received and seems to be working fine. The watch is in excellent condition. The return process was a hassle and slow. Considering this was a*** purchase, the customer service people did not knock themselves out on my behalf. The second transaction took about 18 days. They could not refund my return shipping and insurance expense via Pay Pal so i had to call and give them a credit card. The gentleman,***, handling the refund seemed hassled and was "short" with me but not rude.
Love this watch for the price. A little disappointed when I brought it to Rolex and they informed me it was 40 years old. Does have a small scratch on glass and losses time by the end of week. May have it fixed while under warranty. Fortunately Rolex style doesn't change much so I am happy with my purchase.
The fist watch I received had a slight issue but Overstock Customer Care stepped in and made right in very fast speed. Thanks Overstock I am now very confident and will buy another preownd Rolex from you. This is my third Rolex purchased from you and will not be my last!
