Let me start by saying Overstocks customer care is bar none. The first Peugeot 590 Solar Men's Watch had several defects and did not appear to be worth the pro ported $***.00 MSRP. I called and spoke to a rep who sent me a replacement and emailed me the RMA label to send this one back. The second watch was better but had two very small nicks on the crystal. I am pretty picky about stuff like that. The rep offered to give me $**.00 off the price I paid which I realized they are empowered to do. (I was once a rep for a very large company) I knew I could have asked for another replacement, but that one may be worse. So I took the $**.00. For a watch that never needs a battery as long as it gets 15 minutes of direct sun each day, it's not bad. The watch is not big and it has clean lines. It was my favorite of all the Solar watches. It is keeping very good time so far after four days. Thank you Overstock for providing great customer service. I am happy with my overall experience.
Yes, you do have to send the watch in for link adjustment, however the company that you send it to, can be trusted. This time piece is expensive, but The Peugeot represents quality, so I was very satisfied with the Service Representative and Manager, I was concerned when the watch was returned in an envelope with a piece of bubble wrap, I WAS NOT HAPPY due to the fact that the US POSTAL SERVICE probably tossed that envelope around since no markings of FRAGILE were indicated, I did not want future problems. WATCH WAS REPLACED
