Purchased for daughter as a gift. Necklace is of high quality and is really prettier than in the picture. It is vintage looking, which I think makes this a piece that anyone would love to wear. Bonus that it opens as a locket. Would purchase again for myself but definitely makes a very nice gift.

I looked for a locket for a long time. I just couldn't find the right size or style until I saw this one on another site. I actually had it in my cart on another site and then decided to try to find a locket on Overstock.com. I couldn't believe the same locket that I loved was on Overstock and I saved quite a bit of money. I was worried it wouldn't be as nice as it looked online. I opened the box. It had a great presentation, by the way. Inside was a beautiful, well made, locket, that had a lot of charm. I am so glad I ordered it. Our adult daughter will love it! I can't wait to give it to her.

When I opened the box I was not disappointed. This pendant is gorgeous. I'm waiting until I can get a tiny picture of my granddaughter to fit inside before I wear it. However, I did try it on. Now my daughter wants me to but her one too.
This is a gorgeous locket, so sparkly and attention grabbing. I only gave this three stars because of the chain it came with - it's crap! The chain was taped behind the necklace and it was so thin that it broke! When I was meticulously trying to remove it from the tape. I already the perfect chain for it in my jewelry box; so I'm not angry. The chain I already own is much larger and it showcases the locket perfectly. By all means buy the locket but also purchase another chain.
